A MESSAGE FROM THE REVEREND NICOLA LENTHALL
Services for this Sunday 26th September:
Kensworth - 10.30am Harvest Thanksgiving Service
Studham - 10.30am Holy Communion Modern
Whipsnade - 9.00am Holy Communion Traditional
Ministry with children and young people is restarting across the benefice gradually - hooray! Dates to note for your diaries are:
October 17th - Children's Church at Studham at 10.30am
October 10th - Sunday School at Whipsnade at 9am
October 10th - Messy Church Holy Communion with breakfast at Kensworth from 10.15am
and of course we have our Harvest services on September 26th at Kensworth and on October 3rd at Whipsnade and studham.
For those coming to worship in the church buildings, you will see that the tapes and barriers have now been removed and the kneelers and pew cushions are back in place. Face coverings, social distancing and hand sanitising are now matters for your own personal discretion; however if anyone in church is wearing a face covering, please respect that, and do not sit or stand within two metres of them unless they invite you to do so. Where possible, depending on the availability of organists, hymns will be sung.
Holy Communion will remain in one kind for the time being. Please act with Christian care towards the whole worshipping community, and remember that we all have very different feelings at this time.
For those worshipping at home, the order of service for use with the online provision is available here. I invite you to visit
where you can find sermons from the senior staff of the Diocese.
