24th October to 9th November - ROYAL BRITISH LEGION POPPY APPEAL 2020

This year things will be different. There will be no ‘house to house’ poppy collections and no hand-held poppy collection tins. It is hoped to have some fixed table poppy points – more details in the November Parish Link.

Wreaths are available and need to be ordered soon. Please contact Local Poppy Appeal Organiser, Pam Ward (872406) if you want a wreath or would like to help and join in a rota at a fixed point. We hope to arrange one in each of the villages and one at the Gateway Centre. Collectors would need to wear gloves and face masks.

Saturday 28th November - WHIPSNADE VILLAGE HALL CHRISTMAS FAIR AND CHRISTMAS DRAW: Please look out for the tickets for the draw and sell them as widely as you can.
